Aline

Some of what I know about her career is from this wiki article. She began as a cell painter for cartoons like Casper the friendly ghost and Popeye. She taught her younger sisters Aline (my Grandmother) and Eva (Great Aunt) cell painting and they went on to become cell painters for Looney Toons. Eva cell painted Slick Rick's music video Behind Bars and the show Bevis and Butthead. Aline cell painted Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Johnny Bravo, and both would cell paint tons of cereal commercials in the 90's. Julie would go on to become one of the first female cinemaphotographers in the IA 644 local and filmed the first NYC marathon hanging out an open door helicopter. The way my Grandfather put it, "she just picked up a camera and started shooting". When out of work, she would sell her own hand drawn greeting cards in street fairs and central park, sometimes drawing one right on the spot. In 2014 my Grandfather found one of her old cinematography cases with 160 original drawings with a surplus of printed copies and envelops. A true cat lady, she literally had over 100 cats going in and out of here apartment. The inspiration for the cat in her drawings came from Irma, one of my Grandfather's and Grandmother's cats.

I gots my other eye on that clickable cat. That gal gets me animated!
